Open guide02 / PERSONAL COACHING
Want feedback on your technique, a clear starting point or support with your next skill? We’ll discuss which kind of coaching fits you.
In-person training with direct feedback. We agree on the location, scope and focus together.
Work towards your goals online. We’ll agree in advance on how communication, technique feedback and training planning should work for you.
We agree on the scope, process and price before a binding booking.
03 / YOUR COACH
I’m interested in how we learn movement, and how training can become understandable and practical. Here, I want to introduce you to calisthenics step by step and support you as you work towards your goals.
Understand what you practise. Know how to move forward.
GOOD TO KNOW
You can be right at the beginning. Tell me briefly what you have trained before and what you would like to learn. We can then discuss an appropriate starting point.
No. Exercises can be adapted through assistance, body position and range of motion. A particular skill is not required to make a first enquiry.
Describe your goal and preferred format. We then clarify availability, process, scope and price. An enquiry does not confirm a training appointment.
That depends on your goal and the exercises we agree on. Let me know what equipment you have so we can account for it in planning.
04 / LET’S BEGIN
Tell me a little about your goal. We’ll work out together whether and how I can help.
