FOUNDATIONS / TRAINING PLANNING

A routine that stays.

A manageable plan, visible progress and enough room for the rest of your life.

Your calendar · a training log

Your path in three steps

  1. Plan a manageable start

Choose regular time slots that realistically fit your week. Start with an amount of training you can repeat consistently.

  2. Cover the movement patterns

Include suitable pulling, pushing, leg and trunk exercises. Use movements whose technique and difficulty you understand.

  3. Record your progress

Note the exercise variation, repetitions and how demanding the session felt. Progress gradually and allow recovery between demanding sessions.

What to focus on

  • Make time to warm up.
  • Avoid changing the plan after every single session.
  • Consider technique, training load and recovery together.

A useful next step

Write down your next training week. If you would like help selecting and adjusting exercises, we can discuss your starting point together.
